Processing Policy

All cases except The Collector have a 1-3 day processing time since they are all made to order.

The Collector has a 5-7 day processing time.

Hats have a 3-5 day processing time and can possibly be longer during times like Christmas shopping season.

Shipping Policy

All cases are shipped out using USPS Ground Advantage Mail or UPS shipping. In the 48 contiguous United States those shipping times are 2-5 business days. There are always possibilities of delays that we can’t account for. All cases shipped will come with a tracking number.

Hats will be shipped using UPS Innovations. The shipping times for those are 2-7 business days.

Returns/Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of all the items we offer we do not accept returns or cancellations. However if you need help with your order please contact me and I will work with you to fix the problem.
